30 in ga Coal transfer

This is an industry-interactive coal transfer facility based on one in Poland that dumps
coal from 2 ft 6 in (30 in) gauge side dump cars on top into standard gauge cars on the bottom. To fill cars
on the other side on the bottom, use coal loading dummy (kuid2:210518:1142:5). The unload a car trigger on
top is 8 bays from the bulkhead end. The load a car trigger is 4 bays from the bulkhead end.
