Selby Swing Bridge 1

This is an interactive double track offset bearing swing bridge based on the span
over the Ouse River about 12 miles south of York. This will trigger to open at the approach of a train. There
is no boat interactivity. This takes 450 keyframes (about 15 seconds) to open and close so don't drive to fast.
