TOTC Milk Car 4

This is a turn of the century (TOTC = 1900 to 1910) 60 ft wood baggage car
which has been converted to a milk tank car for express service. When loaded this is a heavy car
so 6-wheel bogeys are appropriate. The generic lettering text, size, and color can be changed by
manipulating the values in the effects section of the config files mesh table.
