SP Watercar

This narrow gauge car based on the Southern Pacific watercars no 59, 60, and 61
(there may have been more). They were used to supply water along the line in the desert and occasionally
as an auxilliary tender. The letterings text, color, and size can be changed by manipulating the values in the
effects section of the config files mesh table. See TCC Guide for details.
