work car 32A

This is a new addition to my work car series. This is a clearance car for use in
single track tunnels and single or multi-track bridges with the arms set up in the working position.
In the real world, the yellow arms are spring loaded and snap 90 degrees when detecting less then
standard clearence. The crew would mark the location in some manner for a work crew to correct.
