Hicapyflat 16 Body

This is the body section (the pic shows the complete car) of an interactive articulated depressed center flat car
with four 4-wheel roller bearing bogeys. There is an attachment point (a.load0) in the center of the car. The letterings text, color,
and size can be changed by manipulating the values in the effects section of the config file. Many thanks to Conn McCarthy for the
use of his 36in 100t Trucks. Assemble this car in Surveyor as follows:
1. Place Hicapyflat 16 Body (this item) on the track.
2. Plane one Hicapyflat 16 Bolster on the track beyond each end of the body.
3. Rotate one bolster 180 degrees to get the coupler facing outward.
4. Move the bolsters under the ends of the body.
5. When properly assembled there will only be 1 red and 1 green arrow and the car will move as a unit.
