MTC_Thru_Platform

This is a 2-track passenger-enabled thru platform specifically designed for use
with my Mass Transit Complex 1 and 2. It can not stand alone unless you make an elevated platform
access walkway to fit. See the README file in Mass Transit Complex 1 or 2 for details.
