Rail Bus 42

This is an old school bus which has been converted to a fire fighting rail bus
by replacing the normal wheels with flanged wheels. There is an attachment point (a.load0) in the
center of the tank. The letterings text, color, and size can be changed by manipulating the values
in the effects section of the config files mesh table.
