RENFE TRD-594 2006 v2 Cabeza

This is the TRD-594 in COLA Design.

This TRD-594 is a Reskin of parts the DSB IR4,
added Smoker, change Texture and a new Engine from Brummel.
Furthermore I had made the trains LLCR compatible
and add the DieselAddon.
