GWR Salvage van WW2 brown

GWR Salvage van as used in WW2, often attached to passenger trains, as part of the war effort; this version is in the brown livery used when the GWR ran out of blue paint; very much a team effort with thanks to the beta testers and those who created the items it depends on. It has working BlueStar couplers courtesy of a Paul Hobb's example
and Eldavo's NumberIt running numbers script.
N.B. if you reskin this item you will need to move the running numbers in the GMAX mesh.
