Tredegar 7 plank wagon dirty w JAG

A standard 7 plank wagon built in the early 1900s for the South Wales area with ACS.

The JAG System developed by Kessica is script being used for the lamp handling effects and ACS Coupling. Chris Nawlins gave lots of feedback.
It has two levels of LOD and culls both the bogeys and ACS couplings so should be performance friendly. Be aware of preview-mesh-kuid when reskinning.
