Alternate Whistle/Horn Control set

Separate controls to operate the alternate whistles/horns on a locomotive. The alternate whistles/horns operates the same way as the native horn; holding down on the key will let the whistle/horn blow and releasing will stop it. Works on keyboards, and gamepads, including the Raildriver.
