CP Multiplayer Session V7 light

The Canadian Pacific Railway Has come to Kickstarter County, with a selection of locos and stock. With 5 different Diesel types and 3 different steam loco types this is a comprehensive session. Also look out for vinatge steam loco CPR no 5 hiding somewhere on the map too.

(The coal mine has been fixed to produce a lot more coal, plus the logging camp should produce enough logs too.)

V4 includes a fix for the log drop off.

V6 excludes TS12 Gondola asset.

V7 (hopefully) fixes the industries, and has less stock than previous versions to reduce latency issues.
