A indian Railways WDM1 diesel. Thanks to CSX_sd60 for making the horn sound for me.The indian railways bought 100 alco world series locomotives from 1957-1959 and designated them WDM-1.they were initialy used on the South eastern railways hauling coal and ore but were later used on express passenger trains on the South Eastern and Eastern railways. They spent there last days doing shunting and pilot duty. In the late 1990's all were retired. the first unit, #17000 was sent to the National Railway Museum in New Dehli for preservation. This is a model of the 17000 as it appeared when it arrived at NRM. It has since been restored.
