Carlesruhe to Daylesford

The Carlsruhe to Daylesford Branch opened in 1882 and linked Daylesford and nearby Hepburn Spa to Melbourne The line closed in October 1978. .The line crosses the Great Dividing Range on the way. The section from Trentham to Daylesford is particularly attractive. Volunteers have reopened the section from Daylesford to Bullarto to regular Tourist Trains. They hope to extend it to Trentham in the future. The Mainline is shown from Nortj of Woodend to South of Kyneton. Cuttings are from SirGibbys Scenery Series.
