Cowans Breakdown Tool Van black
Reskin by paulsw2 of John Whelan's GWR MINK V22 van to create a black Tool Van for use with the pre-1968 Cowans breakdown train. Van comes with ACS.
Photo texture from Chris Whiting who retains copyright and John's overall license continues to apply.
Thanks to andi06 for his superscript, which runs the ACS and Chris Nawlins for working it out.
It has two levels of LOD and culls both the bogeys and ACS couplings so should be performance friendly.
