LSWR D15 Class 4-4-0 200psi Enginespec VB TRS19+

A TRS19 and above steam engine spec for the LSWR (later Southern Railway) D15 class 4-4-0 tender engine with a 200psi saturated steam boiler as originally designed by Drummond. This spec uses real world data to the maximum extent possible and will perform most accurately if used with appropriate enginespecs (with VB in the title) for British rolling stock and my AWG Physics rules on the DLS.
