The Symmetrical Corner Unit has hollows at each end to form passageways to back yards which you may not always need, so this filler can be 'slid-in' to fill the gap and leave a plain wall. There's a basic flat roof on it, too, so it can be used as a building block for extensions etc.

The screenshot shows one half in place as a filler as well as one standing on its own rotated by 90 degrees to give a whole view.
