The predominant Scottish urban housing solution until the introduction of the High Rise Block, tenement buildings still form a major part of the housing stock to this day. Whereas the four-floor units are largely confined to cities, the three-floor variant is found even in most small towns as at least the odd single unit. In larger towns and away from the centres of cities, they're found in rows and even blocks, often with shops on the ground floor.

This variant is no-shops variety. As usual with my modules, you'll need extras to complete the model: definitely lums/chimneys and very likely the Ootside/external Stairtower, probably the defining characteristic of an older backie. The screenshot shows a front view of two conjoined units with three chimneys.
