UP SD40-2 Desert Storm

To commemorate the 66 Union Pacific employee/reservists who were called to active duty for 'Operation Desert Storm,' the UP painted SD40-2 3593 (ex-8084) into this distinctive camouflage scheme. This engine was painted this way from 2/27/91 to 10/11/91.

NOTE: Because I could not duplicate the signs posted on the rails or the camo design, I had to 'fudge' it a little. Please forgive me.
