SR I1x Class loco BR Black

The 20 examples of I1 class loco were built by the London, Brighton and South Coast Railway between 1906 and 1907. They were largely unsuccessful, having cylinders and boilers that were too small for the commuter duties they were designed for. This model represents an I1 rebuilt with the larger boiler from the I3 in the 1930s. All were withdrawn by 1951, 32005 being the only one to receive a BR number.
