A renameable station platform nameboard, 8.5 x 2.5 feet, for mounting on a wall or fence, based on the M&GN type N1, made of timber, used in the early days of the M&GN. This example has white letters on a black background; later, these colours were reversed. names of up to 9 letters and/or spaces my be used.
