The 3 east bay roads and 3 west bay roads are numbered 6e, 7e, 8e and 6w, 7w, 8w from south to north. The building itself is situated between the other 2 main sheds. Internally, the prototype shed is fitted with raised access platforms around all of the 6 bays.
