Bearston County - UK Modern Circular Layout

A model railway style circular layout, set in modern UK with OHLE. Consists of a double main loop with main station and a branch loop with main station (including terminus bay) and two local stations, plus two terminus spurs with their own main stations.
The double main loop can be split into two loops, so the outer loop can be used by trains running between the two termini and the inner loop for trains from the main station. The West terminus can run onto either the outer main loop or the branch loop. The East terminus can run onto the outer main loop in the opposite direction. Track markers are provided to aid paths.

A full passenger service may consist of:
Intercity 1: North plat 1 - outer loop CW - inner loop CW - North plat 1.
Intercity 2: North plat 2 - inner loop CCW - outer loop CCW - North plat 2.
Intercity 3: West plat 2 - inner loop CW - North plat 1 - outer loop CW - East plat 4.
Intercity 4: East plat 3 - outer loop CCW - North plat 2 - inner loop CCW - West plat 3.
Local 1: North plat 3 - branch CW - North plat 3.
Local 2: North plat 4 - branch CCW - North plat 4.
Local 3: East plat 1 - West plat 1 (rev.) - branch CW - North plat 5.
Local 4: North plat 5 - branch CCW - West plat 4 (rev.) - East plat 6.

There is also a freight yard to the south of the layout with access to the outer main loop, and a 'fiddle yard' serving both main and branch lines, and carriage sidings for the East terminus.

The OHLE is on a layer so you can easily switch it off if you prefer not to have the wires.

Like a real model railway it is never 100% finished, so I may occasionally update to the DLS. Layout built during the Virus Lockdown of 2020. Feel free to edit for personal use, but please do not redistribute.
