BR Class 121 NSE

Built in 1958, these single car units have proved themselves popular with enthuisiasts and railway companies alike. These versitle cars could be seen operating on the Western Reigon, either strengthening existing units, or replacing a power car from existing units (mainly Class 117s).

This particular unit is livered in the early Network SouthEast livery, in light blue, but without the stripes sweeping up at the ends.
A few 121's suvive to this day in this livery, but only in departmental use, e.g. Deicers and Sandites.
