Virginia & Truckee I.E. James Engine

The I.E. James was built in 1870 at Baldwin Locomotive Works and was one of the smaller locomotives at Virginia & Truckee. The locomotive had a water pump on top of the boiler to be used if there was a fire. See the README file for more information.
