BR Late Totem J69 0-6-0T

James Holden, of the Great Eastern Railway, introduced these tank locos as class R24. After being rebuilt with 180psi boilers, Westinghouse brakes and large side tanks, these locos, along with the identical S56 class, were classified as LNER J69/1 at the time of the Big Four grouping. This loco represents J69 68626 in lightly weathered BR late totem colours.
