Icarus Shinkansen v 1.5 POB TANE SP3

The Icarus Shinkansen is a fantasy Shinkansen line along the Icarus Coast east of Electro Island in the Icarus Gulf. This is Version 1.5 POB. POB stands for Public Online Backup. This version of the route is not the final version but the whole Shinkansen section between Icaruko and Shin Hanyo can be enjoyed. This section distance on this stage is about 94 km. In Icaruko the line splits in the city of Icaruko at the Shinkanse City Station.Also the Icarus Main Line that between Kitabiko and Icaruko can be enjoyed. This is a large 1087 mm gauge network for Japanese EMU's, Limited Expresses, Joyfull Trainz and freight.

Most important abbrevations used in menu:

ICS (Icarus Shinkansen) (some stations finable under Industry sections, others which are not an industry under Trackmark)
ICM (Icarus Main Line)

As this version is a backup version the route is still not finished. However about 85 % of the route can be enjoyed in high detail. This is also the last version that support Trainz 12 and Trainz Mac 2. After this version the route will be developed with minimum requirement of TANE SP3 and up.

The Rolling stock used on this line is JR East (Japan Rail East) material. The fastest trains are the E5 and E6 Type shinkansens. These are on the download station as E5 and E5 Red by Hirochi. Also the slower E4 MAX (Multi Amenity Express) use this route.

Some other lines including the Colden Shinkansen portions are not active at the moment and also not drivable. They are not signalled and serve as a background only. If you want to drive the Colden Shinkansen to and onElectro Island. I advise you to download Electro Island 3.0. and up.
