QR Station Standard Shelter Shed Type 1A

Queensland Railways 'Standard Pattern' un-attended timber & corrugated sided waiting shelter shed dating from 1901 in the form of type 1A.

Model Notes; Created for the Q.R South Coast Railway Project, as this type was typical across the network on branchlines, secondary lines and mainlines. This version is in the scheme from 1913 until the 1960s when these stopping places [if the line had not been closed by then warrented repainting]. This example is based on two examples on the Monto Secondary line at Yerra which is on the Monto Secondary Line.
