PLL LMS 20T Brake Van 357914 (D1657) bauxite/black weathered

The LMS built a total of 950 brake vans to this diagram between 1927 and 1931. All except the last 50 built had no automatic brakes, those last 50 being fitted with automatic vacuum brake through pipes. The model here is the version with the side lookouts and is numbered 357914. A wide range of non-consecutive numbers were used for these wagons.
