A scenery item that you will be able to reskin but you must include MSP (Mchawkman)and myself (BTVFD) as the creator of the original item on your reskin.
This item can be placed anywhere on a route but I used a shop track. This is not a train car item so you won't need to worry about the tracks.
You will need to download the bundled sleepers or use something to place under it for support stands like I have shown here below.
