BR class 108 DMBS D543 with removed 2-character headcode. Numbered in the range E50599-M50624, M50625-M50629, M50924-M50935, and M50938-M50987, these vehicles were delivered as 2-car Power-Twin, 2-car Power-Trailer and 3-car sets.

This model represents the typical unrefurbished condition of these vehicles from around 1976 to 1982.
