Enginespec for Mirrlees JVS12T engine as fitted to British Railways class 30 locomotives no.s D5520-D5862 built betweeen 1958-1962. Power 1365hp, TE 48000 lbf, maximum speed 75mph.

These locomotives were re-engined betweeen 1964-1967 with English Electric 12SVT engines of 1470hp to become the familiar BR class 31 locomotives. The correct loco mass for use with this espec is 106020 kgs.
