NSWGR CW 4-wheel cattle wagon, 1948, knuckle couplers

From 1948 250 CW cattle wagons entered service over several years. The body style remained similar to earlier CWs, but they were fitted to the postwar standard 10ft wheelbase auto coupled steel underframe.
12 cattle could be fitted into the wagon, though animal commodity models permit only 10 to be shown.
Running numbers are automatically assigned in the range 27775 - 28024.
This asset will work with <kuid:368725:25047-49> 'NSW combined livestock yard and bi-level race...'. Only doors served by race chutes will open during un/loading.
