Low-visibility loco for yard floodlight

A low-visibility loco with a headlight for use as a floodlight. Place the loco on a 45-60-degree-sloped invisible track approx. 200m above a yard.
The floodlight turns on automatically at 5pm and off at 7am. If the session starts between 5pm and 7am, the floodlight comes on at session start.
To save on game loading, it is assumed that any session spanning 5pm or 7am starts within 4 hours of 5pm or 7am. The floodlight will only changeover from off-to-on or on-to-off once in a session.
The floodlight can be disabled using the Properties editor.
