NSWGR Annett key lock

A key lock located at the visible base of a lever (usually Lever 1) in a yard frame of NSWGR in the 20th century.
For a yard frame with a locked lever, no lever in the frame could be pulled off normal until the locked lever was unlocked by a key and pulled off normal.
The keyhole has an animated cover. This 2-frame animation shows the cover closed (Frame 0) and open (Frame 1).
Intended for use as a discretionary mesh to appear on selected levers of the asset:
