TGR water column

A water column of Tasmanian Government Railways (TGR) with a canvas hose connected directly to the water column (no jib).
A jump animation of the canvas hose indicates when water is being transferred to a locomotive tender or tank.
Engine under AI control can stay attached to consist while watering and hose displacement is adjusted automatically according whether the loco is a tender or (side) tank engine.
