SWO Controller Rule 2

SWO Controller Rule: Provides control of multiple Safe Working Officers (SWOs) on a route. SWOs can control junction and signal levers, particularly ground frames, as well as managing safeworking tasks such as staffs, tokens, tickets etc. The SWOs provide locations from which to view and control sessions, and can move along invisible tracks.

The SWO Control Panel also provides for control of a locomotive. This is particularly useful for shunting operations.
