Unload a vehicle from a product queue selected by the user

Unload j-th queue of the i-th vehicle in a train, where i and j are indices selected by the user. The command schedule in which this commnad appears must belong to the driver of the train that contains the target vehicle. This command will not unload vehicles where the specified indices are out of bounds.
The script of the target vehicle must have a message handler to respond to the message major = 'Unload queue' and minor = <queue index (j)>. An example of such a vehicle is <kuid:368725:15053> 'NSWGR BBW riveted ballast hopper'.
The intended use of this driver command is for unloading a bulk-commodity wagon gradually (not instantaneously) at a location without unloading tracks such as those defined for an industry asset.
