Reset industry variable

A driver command to reset an industry variable. Will only work for industries with handlers to receive the messages sent by this driver command.
The sent message is in 2 parts: major and minor. The major message is 'DCRequest' (Driver Command Request) and the minor message is 'reset_<variable name>'.
Variables will be added as the need arises. Currently supported variable names are:
lastTrain Records the last train to enter an industry fixed track of ElStoko industry assets. Employed to prevent unwanted repeat triggering, but can prevent wanted triggering in a few circumstances.

Note that while the variable name in the sent minor message must be equal to one of the variable names expected by the industry's message handler, the variable actually reset by the message handler can have a different name.
