Wait for directional trigger - ForwardEnter

Suspends schedule progress until the trigger radius of a selected directional trigger is entered in the trigger's forward direction by a selected train (or any train).
The list of triggers presented for selection by the user does not exclude non-directional triggers. The command will not work with non-directional triggers, so the user must be aware of a trigger's type before selecting it.
This driver command is a minor edit of <kuid2:57344:80001:12> 'WaitForTrigger' for non-directional triggers. Thanks to Marinus for the original asset.
