A lower-quadrant, mechanically-operated, semaphore 'shunt ahead' signal on an 8ft doll for mounting on the side of a tall post such as the post of a taller signal or a gantry. The semaphore can take 2 positions over the lower quadrant: horizontal (STOP), and -60 degrees (PROCEED).
