NSWGR LQ semaphore mechanical secondary home signal, oil lamp, on 16ft wooden post, RH

A lower-quadrant, mechanically-operated, semaphore home signal, mounted on a 16ft wooden post to the right of the track. The semaphore arm is smaller than typical for a mainline path, and was usually employed on secondary paths within a station yard. For example, on a loop or siding. Original oil lamp still in place. The semaphore can take 2 positions over the lowerer quadrant: horizontal (STOP), and -50 degrees (PROCEED).
