Staff-transfer track, for avatar operation

A low-visibility scenery asset with a script that controls the transfer of section staffs between a locomotive (fitted with a staff queue) and either a Safeworking Officer,<kuid:368725:15000> or, if the Safeworking Officer is not active, a staff instrument such as <kuid:368725:90023> and <kuid:368725:90016>.
The SWO initiates a transfer of a staff or ticket by clicking on a control button contained in a browser managed by this asset's script(see the 'SWO Controller Rule' kuid:96148:94051).
A naming convention must be followed to associate this asset with a section of track defined by 2 inward-pointing track marks. The track marks are named '<location code>_Staff_<track number>_<origin staff pattern>_<destination staff pattern>' and the associated staff-transfer track asset is named '<location code>_STT_<track number>'.
An example of a valid name of this asset is 'CNJ_STT_2', where the asset relates to the second staff-transfer track at location CNJ.
