NSW Turntable, 60ft

A model based on <kuid2:61119:1500:1> with the spinner reduced from 90ft to 60ft.
The default height of the turntable is 10cm below average ground level in order to mate with a track-only track that is the default attached track of the turntable apron. The gorund height bordering the turntable apron can be adjusted down slightly to meld with the apron.
If it is desired to have the apron flush with the default flat ground level, simply adjust the turntable height up by 10cm. This adjustement suits the use of no-ballast track with sleepers on the apron.
