LE&E EMD F3, phase 2. Delivered to the LE&E between December, 1946 and December, 1947. Under no circumstances are this model, the texture files or any meshes contained within to be distributed anywhere but Trainzforge, or be used or modified in any other asset unless explicitly specified by their respective creators.
Big thanks to Chris (N8PHU) for the F3 parts, more specifically the high fans, steam generator detail, and cab interior, and Dan (Trainboi1) for the coupler door and passenger pilot mesh. The release of N8PHU's assets is a special exemption to the license provided, and are not to be used in any other asset unless explicitly specified by him. (I have a special arrangement with him for these assets, don't bother asking because the answer for anything else is no)
