LBSCR H2 Class BR Livery

Designed by D.E. Marsh for express passenger workings on the London to Brighton main line, the H2 was a development of the earlier H1. All were named. The majority of the class had been withdrawn by 1956, though one remained until 1958. A replica of no. 424 Beachy Head is under construction at the Bluebell Railway in Sussex.
