SBB coupler mesh lib

SBB coupler mesh lib. All meshes designed for locos/cars with 575 mm between the coupling attachment point and the a.lim attachment point and 0.02 coupler slack. The air brakes are designed to be comapible with those in the VR library. The regualting brakes are designed to work with the vacuum brake functionality of the ACS system as it provides the required high/low functionality
