NRC RKUX T6a - 1995+

From 1992 thirty two VOFX wagons had their doors removed and timber bolsters fitted to the floor for the increasing Steel Slab Traffic between Mile End, Adelaide and Long Island, Melbourne they where recoded VKOX and renumbered 51 to 82 following the VKEX number grouping. From March through to December 1994 they where allocated to National Rail Corporation and recoded RKUX with all of them transfered to Standard Gauge in May 1995.

This Model represents RKUX 81 after the centre body was removed and stanchion fitted sometime in 1995, Step's created by Zec.
