1900s 4 Axle Passcar E-spec - (TS09)
Victorian Railways Passcar Physic with Westinghouse Brake Equipment.
Used on AW, BW, CW, VFW, MT Passcars (2 axle whitemetal bearing bogies).
Also best on 30-35ton cars,
anything lighter or heavier makes it handle different.
